At Gautam Foods, we strive to deliver high-quality, authentic mukhwas and sopari products with utmost care. Due to the nature of our products (edible, consumable items), we follow a strict No Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
- All purchases made on www.gautamfoods.com are final and non-refundable.
- Once an order is placed and processed, we do not provide any money-back guarantee.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
- Delay in delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
- Opened, partially used, or tampered products.
2. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may only be provided in the following rare cases:
- The order was cancelled by us before dispatch due to unavailability or internal issues.
- The customer was charged twice due to a technical/payment error.
- The order was not delivered at all, and our team confirms non-delivery after investigation.
In such cases, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (clear photos/videos of the product and packaging).
- Our team will verify the claim, and instead of a refund, we may provide:
- A replacement product (subject to availability), OR
- A store credit/coupon of equivalent value for future purchases.
4. Non-Delivery
- If your order is undelivered due to courier errors or returned to us, we will re-ship it at no extra cost (only once).
- If re-shipping is not possible, we may issue store credit at our discretion.
5. Important Notes
- Refunds will not be issued for minor variations in taste, color, or texture, as our products are handmade using natural ingredients.
- We are not responsible for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- Refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
