At Gautam Foods, we strive to deliver high-quality, authentic mukhwas and sopari products with utmost care. Due to the nature of our products (edible, consumable items), we follow a strict No Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refund Policy

  1. All purchases made on www.gautamfoods.com are final and non-refundable.
  2. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not provide any money-back guarantee.
  3. Refunds will not be issued for:
  4. Change of mind or personal preference.
  5. Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  6. Delay in delivery caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
  7. Opened, partially used, or tampered products.


2. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may only be provided in the following rare cases:

  1. The order was cancelled by us before dispatch due to unavailability or internal issues.
  2. The customer was charged twice due to a technical/payment error.
  3. The order was not delivered at all, and our team confirms non-delivery after investigation.

In such cases, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.


3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

  1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (clear photos/videos of the product and packaging).
  2. Our team will verify the claim, and instead of a refund, we may provide:

  4. A store credit/coupon of equivalent value for future purchases.


4. Non-Delivery

  1. If your order is undelivered due to courier errors or returned to us, we will re-ship it at no extra cost (only once).
  2. If re-shipping is not possible, we may issue store credit at our discretion.


5. Important Notes

  1. Refunds will not be issued for minor variations in taste, color, or texture, as our products are handmade using natural ingredients.
  2. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
  3. Refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
